Winter Wonderland (lots of pics)

Me bum is frozen. I went on another walk today with Sammy and Ton. Mind you we had a freakin' snow storm last night. It started to snow on Friday just when I thought the weather would be all nice. In the process of being in the library for just four hours the campus became a winter wonderland with snowflakes as big as my thumb print. I ran around the library yelling "It looks like Christmas! It looks like Christmas!!"
This is March.

Then yesterday we got dumped again. Today it was pretty dang cold too. As we walked we were amazed at all the trees and how crystalline all of them looked, as though they had been cast in glass. It was beautiful.
But DAMN it was cold. My dang ears were so angry red when I got back. And my butt was like a giant fleshy ice-cube. I touched and my hand froze and then Sammy sees me touching my butt and just loses it. We had like a two minute straight giggle fit over it. It's been like an hour or more since we got back and I have yet to regain all feeling in my bee-hynd.
Still it was worth it. It was nice to have Sammy along too. My best girls with me.
I kept stopping and snapping pictures all the time. I've become a little art director now. I'm determined to get good angles, to get the right feel, to get in the camera as I see it through my eyes. Sammy and Ton just laugh because I'm constantly going "Ooo! Oo oo!" and snapping shots.

And now for what you really want: the pictures.
