Some 'splainin' about yesterday's entry

 Springtime 2009

If you clicked on my notify email yesterday and got nothing for a blog entry, sorry about that. I had tried adding a new gadget to this page, and I knew instinctively that it wasn't a good idea, so I asked that anyone who didn't like it please let me know. One person did let me know right away, so I deleted the gadget as well as the whole entry. It was one of those tracking things that tells you who has just visited your page. There is one on a site I visit, and I thought I'd like to try it. But I have come to my senses and realized that it was not a good idea. So I deleted it and the whole entry, which, if you didn't get to read it at all, was only a few lines long - all about that gadget.

Anyway, I'll leave things alone here the way they are.

Just got back from taxiing Paul back from the auto shop for his truck. He tried getting it inspected the other day and flunked. Oh boy! His right (or left ?) side was "loose" whatever that means and he needs to get it checked out (something to do with bearings?) I don't know.

The one day I have to drive my car, we have snow and cold. All winter, while I can stay inside, it's fine outside, almost like spring except cooler. But today when he needs me to take him over there at 7:30 a.m., I had to go out in the cold and snow.

And then at the end of the day, if his truck is fixed by then, back out again.

I thought I had a subject of conversation to write about here, but now I've forgotten it. So I'll clock off for now and hopefully, if it comes to me again, I'll be back.

So long and cheers,

Bex
