I've determined that I am terribly, socially inept when it comes to shmoozing for a job. My idea of networking is 'well, do you have any jobs or not?' I don't like the good-ole-boys system, I'm a terrible salesman and I can't speak personably to a stranger to save my life. This is why I studied economics and not marketing, people should know this. My secret govenment work (studying the internet) has left me with valuable skills for the public service market. Oops, budget cuts! No hiring 'til 2006, if then. Well at least I have a business degree... what's that you say? I need experience to work at a bank? I have experience! It's all typing numbers into a computer anyway...
