Making the transition to midnight to midnight for counting days today. PST.
My sleep has been fucked. Still haven't printed out or posted my rules like I was supposed to months ago. Haven't been taking my walks at all. Fat consumption still way "too high". Ditto sugars, although FD doesn't track them. Haven't been keeping up here either.. obviously. Will check BS now. Likely to be high. Been drinking sugary coffee and just had a salad.
