Are these counted as "free time"?

1. Activities during meal time (since the meal time is NOT free time, officially)

2. Taking a nap (self care?)

3. Playing with the dogs (exercise/social obligations?)

4. Reading a book (could that count as self improvement?)

II.
Is watching a movie or show acceptable as a non desk/multitasking/computer meal, even though I watch them on the computer, which is on the desk, as long as I am sitting back and watching, and not doing other computer stuff?
