I'm a web developer for NOVICA. I'm fascinated by languages, even though I only speak English and a little Spanish. I can count in Korean and have numerous language and linguistics books. I'm living within walking distance of CSUN where I share an apartment with my girlfriend and 2 cats. I'm happy. I write sporadically (I really need to finish that short story), with every intention of making a living at it at an undisclosed point in the future. I taught physics at Emperor's College Winter Term 2008. I love games and stories and music and computers and science and "and." I drink my coffee 100% black 80% of the time and 80% black 20% of the time. Also, there are other things. 7332 42

Happiness

There seem to be lots of great things in my life at the moment:

I've been catching up on ST:DS9, and I just got to the point in season where I stopped watching on it's first run. There are some great episodes. That makes me happy.

Listening to Radiohead played on the piano inspired me to spend some time on the keyboard last night, which made me happy.

I started reading Robin Hobb's Farseer Trilogy. I love the voice, and I haven't read a fantasy novel in ages. Thanks to whoever mentioned this series in their journal. I don't remember who that was, but they're adding to the happiness.

I talked with my best friend from college last night. That made me happy.

On the way to work this morning, my radio station played "2+2=5" by Radiohead, followed by Frank Sinatra singing "My Way." I love this station!

Kenny calmed my writerly angst. Thanks.

I've decided to plug in the cable box so that I can watch Angel tonight. Since the series is ending, I figured I might as well watch the last few episodes. It'll be all too long before their out on DVD...You don't know how confusing it was talking with people at the Wolfram & Hart Annual Revue when for all I know, Angel is at the bottom of the Ocean, somewhere off the coast of Malibu...

Now back to a new and interesting project at work

Listening to: truelovewaits, Christopher O'Riley plays Radiohead
