first time back here, in a long, long time. i started this account to keep track of a friend, who has since died. all things end. her life ended too soon.

mine is consumed with taking care of a husband who has parkinson's--the very thing that started the aforementioned friendship.

i retired, early, to stabilize his life, and simplify mine. his is more stable. mine is no simpler--only more and more complicated. at least it goes on. and we will see where it takes us..
