We can set you up a blog account like this one at Journalscape, which is free.
We wouldn't have much control over the look of it. They give you some variations on color schemes and arrangements. I thought this style was most like your existing site.
You would just log into the account, click "new Journal entry" and type - or paste in -- your Book and Blog. When you're done, you click "Save Entry" and that's it. I wouldn't even enter into the process.
GoDaddy also does blog hosting, but they charge extra for it.
Maybe you want to try Journalscape for awhile and see if you're comfortable enough with it?
