The Truth Laid Bear blog is calling for questions to pose to those who oppose military action against Iraq, for the purposes of a cross-blog interchange. Sure, why not?

Anyway, I initially posted two questions, then thought they'd be best combined into one. Here it is:

If you were President of the United States, what would be your policy toward Iraq over the next year, and what would be the potential negative consequences of this policy?

Basically, I'm tired of criticism that proposes no alternative, that presumes the moral high ground, and that simply will not acknowledge the potential negative effects of maintaining the status quo.

Anybody have either a response to this question or questions of their own?
