The conference is winding down. I'm in an internet cafe in downtown Seattle right now, debating whether or not to go to any of the presentations today.

Very few of them are relevant to neuroevolution, though I've been to a couple of good ones, particularly one on evolutionary robotics that sparked a lot of good ideas.

My presentation went all right. There were about 25 people there...more than I expected. A few people asked questions, so at least they weren't completely nodding off. Mostly I was trying to just not look like an ass, so I think I at least accomplished that.

Heading home tomorrow...
