There's currently a court battle over whether or not a school district should put the following sticker on the inside cover of a biology textbook:

This textbook contains material on evolution. Evolution is a theory, not a fact, regarding the origin of living things. This material should be approached with an open mind, studied carefully, and critically considered.

Well, good advice. Applied to everything you're taught. The selective application to evolution is just dumb.

I'd think that's all a lawyer would need to say. They could then just sit down and wait for the judge to rule in their favor.
