Jalal Talabani is the new President of Iraq.

I think it's ironic, and great, that just a couple of years ago Saddam was holding mock elections in which he got 100%. And now there have been real elections resulting in a member of the most oppressed minority in the country now selected President.

And we helped make this happen.
