Good news is I weighed in at 254 and a half today at WW, I also measured my waist, and hips and I have a size 45 waist and size 46 hips, I am also wearing anywhere between size 38 and 42 waist pants, and a 32-34 bathing suit, go figure!

Double entendre there...

Bad news is I binged like crazy today... I ate 100 points... most of it coming from one of those cans of cashews. I also ate a whole toblerone bar, about 5 servings of chocolate soy nuts, two sugary energy bars, a pouch of that microwavable yellow rice, some vegetarian beef and broccoli, and some vegetarian mongolian beef and the fried flour crackers that come with it. I was a royal pig. Still I worked out... did 100 minutes on the elliptical trainer while watching Saturday Night Live... So I guess things could be worse.

Here is my meal plan for this week


Sunday-Thursday

Breakfast- Fiber cereal, 2 cups of coffee
Snack- chicken broth- with vegetables
Lunch- smart ones tv dinner
more coffee, 2 diet sodas, bottled water, tea
snack- fruit, carrots or jicama or something
dinner- Lean Cuisine frozen pizza/ fiber cereal
snack- ice pops or frozen fruit smoothie

coffee creamer/milk-4 pts
fiber cereal- 8 pts
pizza- 6 pts
smart ones- 4 pts
soup- 0 pts
fruit 2-4 pts
fruit smootie- 4 pts
