Anyone who actually believes anything good comes out of these needs some sort of deprogramming.

And anyone who believes that complex situations and subjects can be boiled down to catchy phrases and that any of the pronouncements made during the show will actually stand in the face of actual politics and the real party agendas is a total idiot.

And anyone with the free time and financial means to attend one of these things should spend it doing some actual meaningful public service instead.
