It's certainly easy to pop off an email of complaint about something you don't like, or someone who treated you to bad customer service, but how often do we communicate our appreciation of good service?

When was the last time you wrote an unsolicited email or letter to tell a company they did a good job?

I'll certainly take a company to task for doing somthing poorly, but I need to start taking the time to praise excellent customer service, and single out people who are doing an exceptional job, and making my customer experience better. It's one thing to thank them personally, but quite another to tell their employers that they are good and are praiseworthy.

Well, I've got some emails get sending....
