Maika's fascinated with the white paint that's splattered across my hands these past few days.

you see, i decided i didn't like the cabinets at the new house. and despite my utter IGNORANCE about remodeling, decided a quick chat with a home depot paint guy qualified me to take down all the cabinet doors, prime, and then paint them.

what a job! and there are dried paint streaks on the doors and it ain't perfect, but i think it looks brighter in there now.

unfortuantely, when i was pulling off the masking tape, part of the wallpaper, which i don't like anyway, came off with it. guess there'll be another paint guy chat in my future.
