We took Naoto to work pretty early today, so we stopped by an annex of the Beaverton Bakery I noticed nearby. Of course there were the requisite cakes (some with veggie tales characters?) and exquisitely decorated cookies.

I got a cappucino and an almond croissant and was in heaven. I ordered a not-too-hot-chocolate for the girls.

Boy was it good. They put whipped cream on the lid, dribbled chocolate over it, and then a dash of rainbow sprinkles- perfect for little girls. But the chocolate itself was amazing, too, I am not sure, but I think there was a hint of crack cocaine in there.

Anyway, it is now my new favorite place. Good chocolate, good baked goods, and tons of decorated cakes and cookies for the girls to look at while I leisurely sip my coffee. (Torrefazione)
