Whelp (as a wise woman once said) I am off to Japan tomorrow morning with Naopi and the girls.

It will be my first time there in at least 5 years as a visitor instead of foreign resident. It will be my first time spending more than 2 nights with my parents-in-law, and, more importantly, their cat. (I'm about to go out to buy some claritin and hope that it will see me through the 10 days)

I was hoping to put Mia back into her preschool, but as Japan has vacation and then starts in April, it looks like it won't work out. I am hoping that ten days does enough to bolster up her japanese anyway, though.
