2008 Books #6 Season of Witches

I can't remember where I found the reccomendation for Natasha Mostert's Season of Witches.

But I had it on my library request list, which means somebody reccomended it to me and I believed them.

Anyway, it was good. Very, very, very memorable characters in the title character sisters, whose names, Morrigan and Minnaloushe Monk (just a hint of some of this novel's lusciousness just in their names) would have gotten me to pick up the book regardless of a reccomendation.

It's about a data thief who is asked by a former love to find a missing guy who was last seen with the two witches. It involves alchemy and kabbalah and memory palaces.

But its mostly about obsession, I think.
