I feel like things have been very unsettled in Casa Suzuki/Lincoln these past few weeks.

You're going along all fine in your life and then BAM! Presidential Election....and BAM! Job insecurity...and BAM! family member with major illness...and BAM! friend's child gets major illness and you're reminded how precious and fragile your children are.

So off we go to Tokyo for a few weeks to visit the Suzuki side of the family.

Try to keep it down while we're gone, okay? I don't think I can handle any more disruption of the normal schedule.
