ILY: Prospectus feedback

Journal entries with ILY in the titles are about the short screen musical
I LOVE YOU, I'M SORRY, AND I'LL NEVER DO IT AGAIN,
currently in pre-production.

I've had a couple of people look at a draft of my prospectus, and the comments were valuable. (Same as with the screenplay--it never hurts to see things from a different angle.) But neither person is a business/investor type.

If you're used to looking at prospectuses (prospecti?) and you've got a few minutes, I'd welcome your take on it.* Even though it's lighthearted and doesn't imply lots of return on investment--investors will be people who simply think the project's cool, want to see it made so they can watch it with us, and don't expect a lot more than that--it still needs to hit the right notes. My suspicion is that if I just put a PDF up for download, I'd be in "public offering" territory, which the SEC doesn't just frown on, but jails people for; so instead, I'll email it on demand.

Specifically, I'm looking for things I've left out and things I shouldn't have included. If you can help with that, I'd be most grateful.

* Artistic friends, I love you and cherish your presence in my life, which is richer and more colorful than it would be without you. You are my joy, my pride, my privilege. Chill on this one.
