I was online researching fundamentalist Christian explanations of various logical "truths" about Christianity and why it is "the one right religion". I may as well have been watching a commercial written by children.

The sincerity that they believed was admirable.

Yet I notice that my mind, body, and spirit are just as engaged in my beliefs as they are to theirs.

No amount of talk or time could make me a believer in what they are saying.

And yet, the same could be said in the other direction, or how they would feel about my beliefs. The exact same, actually. Just change the names and details and suddenly there are just two ideas canceling each other out.
