I sent out the damn e-mail but forgot to put the link in the message. Auspicious debut but about par for my existence.

On the writing front, this is revision week. I will revise and hopefully strengthen a short story everyday this week. Come Saturday, I hope to have five submissions in the postal winds. Five little children to be rejected.

On the reading front, I picked up a couple of books. "Hunters Of The Dark Sea" by Mel Odom, a cross between Jules Verne and Herman Melville tale. "Fortunes Of The Dead" by Lynn Hightower, a mystery yarn written by a Kentucky bred author. I picked it up because it's setting appears to be Lexington and Andrew Vachss, an author I admire wrote a positive blurb on the back of the book.
