I have the unfortunate job of being in management. Don't want to be there but went with the flow and there I am. So what insight can I give the common working man into the secret world of management? Basically we are told we must look at each situation from the company viewpoint. What can you do for Brown?

What I notice about employees? The person that tells you that they are your hardest working staff member is always the worst member of your staff. The quiet person in the corner doing all the work and not complaining IS your hardest worker. Don't let that person go unrewarded.
