me in the piazza

I'm a writer, publishing both as SJ Rozan and, with Carlos Dews, as Sam Cabot. (I'm Sam, he's Cabot.) Here you can find links to my almost-daily blog posts, including the Saturday haiku I've been doing for years. BUT the blog itself has moved to my website. If you go on over there you can subscribe and you'll never miss a post. (Miss a post! A scary thought!) Also, I'll be teaching a writing workshop in Italy this summer -- come join us!

Apologies, and a speech

You guys -- sorry I've been such a desultory blogger of late. Lots to tell you about, but I've been in and out, in and out, in and out, lots of road trips, and I've been sick sick SICK. Not so easy to blog from the road anyway, and when you feel like hell...

But I'll post photos etc. soon, and tell you war stories. Meantime, the excellent folks in Indiana (tip of the hat to the remarkable Barb Shoup) seem to have video'd my entire library lecture and posted it. You want to hear my rah-rah genre fiction speech, same one I gave in DC? Be warned, it's like 2 hours including the Q&A. Of course, the wonders of the web include the ability to stop me at any time.
