me in the piazza

I'm a writer, publishing both as SJ Rozan and, with Carlos Dews, as Sam Cabot. (I'm Sam, he's Cabot.) Here you can find links to my almost-daily blog posts, including the Saturday haiku I've been doing for years. BUT the blog itself has moved to my website. If you go on over there you can subscribe and you'll never miss a post. (Miss a post! A scary thought!) Also, I'll be teaching a writing workshop in Italy this summer -- come join us!

Digital Book World

No, not a film remake of FARENHEIT 451. A conference. At the behest of (and on the nickel of) Sisters in Crime, Rosemary Harris and I went to Digital Book World in NYC last week. DBW is a new convention (this was its second year) of publishers and publishing-related people working to understand the implications of the electronic revolution for their industry. I did the first day, Rosie did the second. We each wrote up our impressions for the SinC blog. You can read the first two of mine (third coming soon, then Rosie's) here. It leads off with the second (because I forgot to give you this link yesterday) so scroll down to start from the beginning.
