I know very little about some of the people who read this journal. Some people I know relatively well. (Some I know too well. You know who you are.) I read your journals, or we have something else in common and we chat occasionally. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you read this, and I thank you for your interest in my words.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a couple of things about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...they listen in rapture to the love-music of she-turnips." I might feel compelled to mock your musical taste, but I'll certainly remember you.

I'd love it if everyone person who reads my journal would do this. Yes, even you people whom I know really well. Maybe especially you. Then post this in your own journal and see what gems of insight appear.

Happy Christmas

Today has been alright. Since I'm all nocternal lately I was up until 5am and woke up at 10am. Don't ask how I'm functioning.

I talked to Mo on Gaia this morning. His "birth of Jesus" gift/sweet revenge in your face was sending him pictures of me at Erotic Ball. There's a certain satisfaction I have in knowing that he won't be able to look at them until none of his family is around. Who wants to have a boner in front of their sister? It's also me saying "Yeah! Suck that! You lost that hotness!" Haha. I did have a nice chat with him though. I was happy to FINALLY talk to the butt muncher. He pisses me off to no end some days but all the same, he's Mo. My tales of college have him excited to go while his mom is probably be shaking in her boots. Ah Hamudi(why does everyone call him Mo when he has such a cute pet name from his family?), I wonder if he'll change and bloom in school. I hope he does.

I've let the Brandon thing go. I want him and Stu to be happy. I was one of the first people that she told and that supported them. I think and hope to remain close to them even after she's moved up to Canada for school and him. I think Brandon wishes I was headed up too just because. I'm too ambitious and independent. I'm also really caught in the Wells sisterhood so no way.

I already miss my roomies. I miss listening to Sam's soft breathing at night and saying good morning to Sammy. They're my girls.

Oooo! Kacey is an aunt! She has another niece. Her brother Brandon, who is best friends with my brother Chris, had a daughter on the 22nd at 5:55am. :-) We're all happy. She's pretty cute. Chris is giving Brandon time with the baby and his girlfriend before he goes to see the little girl.

Everyone's been paying attention to my nephew and his toys. We all love him. He's the first grandchild for my parents, the first and only baby among we siblings yet.

We bought the dogs a remote control car and are attaching stuffed animals to the top. Endless entertainment. Eva ran away. Konnor wanted to chomp. Bizzy ignored it.

I've gotten some nice gifts I think my favorite is my green fuzzy slippers and 4-H pajamas. Finally I can represent for real at school. Oh and I love my purse that says "Stop polluting the environment, love nature" and is made out of what I think is 100% recycled materials.

Netta I need to write this again: I honestly LOVE the mixes you sent me. I'm listening to Mellow Mix right now.

I'm excited to get crocheting and crafting. I bought the most awesome book on clearance at Wal-Mart full of awesome crochet ideas. "Total Crochet Fashions" by Gayle Bunn. I love it and I'm excited to get working.

The writing bug is back and I'm producing some things of quality again or improving quality. I love it. New characters are coming to me and I've been attempting rough sketches, though mostly male as I can't really draw women. They have a sinister cartoon quality rather than an accurate portrayal.

Anyhoo I should rejoin the clan celebrations.
