Today wasn't too productive, although I did manage to chase down some references that'll come in handy for one of the new stories. I did some more research related to that same story and realized that this one probably won't be completed by the end of the month. It doesn't yet have a clear direction, so I'm hoping the research will pay off and help solidify things.

This evening I sat down and did some thinking over the plot problem in Heavy Rains. After a bit of head-scratching and some helpful suggestions from Carrie, I think I may have it all figured out! Tomorrow I'll make the necessary changes and pass it along to my first readers for final comments. With luck it'll be ready for submission sometime next week and I'll be able to get cracking on the remaining three stories for this month :)
