Just a short entry today. From now on I'll try to stick to shorter entries, rather than my usual long-winded efforts ;)

This weekend was great weatherwise, although Saturday was a bit overcast. We saw The Bourne Supremacy at the movies (first one was better, in my opinion), and had dinner at the nearby Panera bread place (the Bacon Turkey Bravo is delicious!).

On Sunday we went to a BBQ at a co-workers place (who I used to work with in Australia) along with some other Aussie expats and spouses. Great food, and great company :)

I've also spent a fair bit of time over the past few days putting our entire CD collection on the PC using iTunes, in preparation for the purchase of an iPod. I'm nearly done with my CDs, and then I've got to start on Carrie's. That's almost 200 CDs altogether, which should fit easily on the 40Gb model of iPod. Meanwhile I'm waiting for Amazon.com to show the new ones as available, so I can place an order and save a nice chunk of change.

No new writing this past week, other than the usual critiques. I'm getting quite antsy about this, so for the forseeable future I'll be cutting back on my online time and time spent reading (the Dark Tower will have to wait, quite frankly!). The trick is getting back into the swing of it and keeping that all important momentum going. Skip a week of writing, and before you know it, months can pass with no writing! Wish me luck :)
