So I made it through my first week of classes and can't wait til next week. Mondays work out pretty well; I work in the morning (usually 8-12) and have Greek and Roman Art at 3. I recently switched classes around because I am still "iffy" about going for education, so I have Digital Imaging (dealing with Photoshop and Illustrator) Monday nights--5:30-8:30. I haven't been to this class yet, but I've been emailing my instructor and it's been helpful for communicating. On Tuesdays/Thursdays I have class all day, so I don't work at all; I start at 9:30 and am finished at 4:30. My classes are Psychology, Life Drawing, and Ethics.
Actually a pretty interesting story is my Ethics teacher just moved here in December and she is from North Carolina. She said she lived close to Charlotte and now lives in Dubuque with her husband and 11 month old. She's really nice and I'm glad that I have good teachers.. makes a BIG difference :)
On Wednesdays I only have Greek and Roman Art. And I don't have any class on Fridays so that is nice. I've also been talking to parents that I babysit for and I have set up to babysit a couple hours, three days a week for three crazy boys that I love :) They are awesome and so much fun. So, if I don't get in enough hours at Jeff's, I can babysit to make up for it.
Other than that, everything has been pretty good. I am going to a hockey game in Dubuque with my friend Lisa and I get to meet her new boyfriend, so I am ready to get out and have some fun :)
