Today we went bowling at Fischer Lanes and it was fun because we were the only ones there. It was really quiet though because there was no music on or anything. We made it fun though... I had pretty good scores too: the first game I got 149 and the second 145, with a turkey in the first game!
Then we went to eat at the Shot Tower, which was pretty good. Since we were in Dubuque, Dad wanted to try to find some better bowling shoes, but no luck. However, I did find some awesome plates, bowls, and coffee cups at Goodwill and spent $14 on the whole set! I figured if Michelle and I decide to get an apartment next semester, we would already have some dishes to use! So I washed them when we got home and I was just using my gift card from Katie and Eric on Amazon :)
I just put in my order and I bought the new Seether cd (I saw them at the Dubuque Fair), a new game for my Nintendo DS, and some new journals that looked interesting.
Today was fun, but I'm exhausted from the partying this weekend LOL
Mom also got me a plaque that has some words on it and Michelle bought me a Clarke blanket! So my birthday was pretty good and I was glad that Lori called me last night!
