Wow what a crazy weekend! I had to work all weekend after a LONG week of classes and homework, and I went home everyday after work :) I was home Saturday and Brandon woke me up around midnight to tell me that mom broke her foot! Yikes! It sucks because she's home by herself and I'm glad that I don't have school on Friday so I can be home early on Thursday afternoon. Also, Brandon and I found out that Derek Bauer, who went to Western Dubuque, passed away this weekend. He had colon cancer and it had badly spread and on Sunday he passed away in his home. So, it's definitely been a crazy weekend and I hope that WD's Homecoming will be fun. I think Mom, Dad, and I are going to the parade and going out to eat. I told Mom I would bring home some of my new movies to watch; I bought Iron Man, Baby Mama, and What Happens in Vegas.
