2012-10-21 11:17 AM Want to get out of the house for a bit? It's a blustery New England day here and, as usual, I am housebound. But because of the wonderful invention they call the World Wide Web, I can break free from my tether here and fly east.... high above the seas, over to the land of my dreams...to England. Please join me on a few small trips there, starting in the Yorkshire Dales in a tiny village called Muker. We've been there almost every time we've traveled to Yorkshire and never miss our chance to return to it again. It's a magical place... Muker: Askrigg: Robin Hood's Bay in North Yorkshire on the east coast: A walk round inside Robin Hood's Bay (huffing and puffing up and down the steep streets there): Whitby and Environs: In the heart of Whitby, my favorite spot on earth: (I want Paul to bury my ashes, after I go, on the top of the hill near the 199 steps overlooking Whitby harbor. In this video, if you go to the :54 second mark on the video below, just there behind those people sitting on the seat, is where I want Paul to bury my ashes. He'll probably have to go there at night when no one is looking... but that is my last wish...) And finally, a little tutorial on How to Master the British Accent (this is fun): So take a few minutes off from your busy day and relax and enjoy a little trip to the land of my soul, England, with me. Cheers, Bex Re-Elect Obama~Biden
