The Sox lost. No excuses, just a few poor plays and a decided lack of offense with the exception of Big Papi's 2-run homer.

Lackey pitched ~~OK,~~ pretty great actually, but their guy, Wacha, was tremendous. Give credit where credit is due.

On to fight another day. In St. Louis.

World Series tied up at 1-1.
