When you have a sheet of unbaked cookies sitting on the counter right next to a sheet of hot, right-out-of-the-oven cookies - and they look almost exactly the same - do NOT - REPEAT DO NOT - go to pick up the wrong sheet to put into the oven... or you will seriously burn your fingers! Can you guess what I've been doing this morning/afternoon? Photos to follow - maybe. After the pure unadulterated anger seeps out of me a little more... (ouch!) Bex Find your heart, open up both your eyes. We can all know every thing without ever knowing why.
