2005-08-23 5:49 PM Codependence As is not atypical, the victim in this case is somewhat smaller than her abuser. In this case though the victim has limited intelligence and no way of communicating other than through animal-like noises.
The abuser is of course bigger, and uses that size advantage to do things that would otherwise be intolerable. The abuser is very violent, frequently hitting the victim, crushing the victim, and at times physically throwing the victim. There are even reports that the abuser has been known to strike the victim with a hammer. Despite this abuse, the victim does not fight back, not even leaving a scratch on her abuser. She is apparently dependent upon the abuser for affection, and puts up with it in exchange for some physical comforts. It is classic codependent behavior. In a better world, both of them would be ordered to take counseling. The victim needs some assertiveness training, and should develop some self-esteem so that she can stand up on her own. The abuser is already behind bars for other reasons, but sooner or later will be released without ever addressing these issues. So it will likely continue. Despite the fact that the abuser is kept mostly behind bars, the victim sneaks in at night, climbing in over the bars, licking the abuser's face, wrapping her furry tail around the abuser's diaper-clad body, and purring. *As reported by my ex-girlfriend* Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
