2006-08-22 8:26 AM Running I ran two miles yesterday. It was a very slow 2 miles, but it felt good. Running uses different muscles than the hiking I usually do. My thighs are a bit sore. The real thing is the more intense aerobic nature of running that I'll have to get used to if I do it more. Four of my siblings have run marathons and maybe I can show the same self-discipline they have.
At the beginning of the year, I promised myself I would lose twenty pounds. After gaining ten, I'm back down to even. Hopefully, I will be able to do it. Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
