In my little corner of the world, it has been a very, very, very rainy spring. It is hard to think of anything else. Today's Friday Five asks, then, five questions about rain, all intended to help us look on the bright side of life. Let a smile be your umbrella!!

1. Favorite way to spend a rainy day:
Candles lit, jacuzzi humming, water steaming hot, watching/listening to the raindrops hit the skylight in the bathroom as I soak my troubles away.

2. Favorite song about rain:
I'm kind of a fan of "A Hard Rain's Gonna Fall"

3. Favorite movie featuring rain:
"Four Weddings and a Funeral" Final scene.

4. Favorite piece of raingear, past or present:
When I live in NoCal, where it rains everyday for at least four months in the winter, I became notorious for every year just saying "Screw it" to raingear after about three weeks. So I would say my favorite pieces of raingear are optimism, and the ability to get wet but not melt.

5. Favorite word for rain:
Drench. Don't like how it feels, but I like how it sounds.
