I am so tired today for some reason. I'm not sure why. In any case, tired it is, and since I've been running on empty since Blue Heaven, grading papers and doing grades and interviewing for jobs immediately after returning, I decided to give myself the day off and sleep in and not feel guilty about it. It sounds like the other Blue Heaveners, well a couple at least who keep journals, have been sleeping some extra time away earlier this week, so I'll do that myself today.

I did get up earlier and read a great story that you all should check out if you already haven't. It's Christopher Rowe's The "Voluntary State", which is at Scifiction. That Ellen Datlow has great taste.

Now it's back to bed with The Jane Austen Book Club!
