So let's see what we can recount. Spent the week before Labor Day up in Portland with Sydney and had a lot of fun with that. The idea was cooked up by 'Lisa, who was planning on hitting a gaming camp-out in southwest Washington. So we threw the idea together, grabbed the new roomie (to be henceforth known as Gilligan) and along with her boy, we all did some driving. I took an odd pleasure in being the one to cross the California/Oregon border. Had quite a bit of fun, got to see people I already knew (like EPK) and meet new ones, like Medusa, who was kind enough to drop me off in Portland when it was clear the car I'd originally arrived in was too damned full. After camping, I found myself in one of Sydney's workshops. I managed to grab a shower first, fortunately, and when I was out, I was ready to be tied up as an example for the class. As it turns out, the decorative rope underwear I was put in felt pretty comfy, so I decided to wear it back to the apartment when the workshop I was over. I actually forgot I was wearing it until I went to take my clothes off for some reason. (Sex? Sleep? I don't remember anymore.) The week is mostly a blur from there. There was a lot of hanging out, watching TV, sex and reading. I went out to dinner with Lamb and his pal at this bitchin' Italian joint before we hit my favorite spa for some steam. We went out to dinner with EPK before a game, which was good. There's a sushi place right across the way from where I saw Midori perform the last time I was in town. They got good stuff. Small plates of teriyaki chicken in addition to various sushi and sashimi stuff, my favorite still being the fried shrimp rolls (I don't believe these were tempura style, but still tasty like a motherfucker). Next night was driving up to Washington for a dinner party that 'Lisa was throwing. Four couples, dinner, games and a hot tub. That was a lot of fun. Dinner was damn good and the ever-fun truth or dare game netted me two really good make-out sessions and, later, another name to The List. I didn't get to see Pandora or Angel, but since I am now going back in December (13th through the 21st!), I'll make sure that's rectified somehow. They're cool. Hell, maybe I'll be fortunate and there'll be play party at Lamb's while I'm there; wouldn't mind usin' the swing again. The drive down was a bit more comfortable than the drive up, but not by much. Had the backseat the whole way, which was hell on my knees and my knees were still jacked from the ride up. Going up stairs, it felt like my knees were going to give out on me. It was fucking scary. I wonder if that's even 1% of what Spinner feels like off of his pain meds? One other thing; I got to meet Sydney's mom! She's way cool. I let Sydney re-shave my head while I was there and, as usual, my scalp is as dry as a bone. Heading for the shower, Sydney claimed to have a loofah, but there wasn't one to be found. Not only did she grab me a fresh sponge at the time, she randomly bought me a loofah to take home. I been usin' it every shower since. Anyway, it was good to be home when I got back. I missed Portland, but I went home at just the right time. Getting back from being away is always a re-adjustment. As usual, I had weeks of television to catch up with and a karaoke addiction to feed. I didn't end up feeding the addition, though, since I worked the door at Ground Control as a favor to Drew. This ended up working out really well, since I ended up hooking up with this girl, Edge, I'd made an acquaintence of over the past few months since GC began (though she'd apparently noticed me as far back as the BrokenHaus New Year's Party). Girls who laugh with (not at) you in bed always get high marks. Add another name to The List. For what it's worth, the day before was BBQ at BrokenHaus and watching the Unforgiven PPV. Damn the WWE writers for making Randy Orton drop the title to Triple H! I passed through the rest of the week mostly unconscious, I think. Saturday was moving for T&E, which we polished off with swimming and jacuzzi action. Sunday was an actual date with Edge; we had dinner at Hollywood & Highland, saw Spinner's cast of The Angry 12 (aka, Twelve Angry Men) and hit the Fang Club after that. Arguably, one of my most successful dates in history, but that's not saying much since I don't date a lot. Hell, I've probably had more sexual partners than I've had dates. This past Monday, I hit Ground Control and The Kitty, as I prefer to do. Got hammered at the Kitty due to lack of food in my system. Had fun and got praise for my nearly all-George Michael set (finished the night off with Dragula, as I often do). At some point, I ended up on the phone with a girl I haven't seen in several months. We ended up exchanging naked photos. She told me I was hot, which is always irrefutable proof of a woman's insanity, but after some hot phone sex, there's a better than even chance I'll nail her the next time she's in town. Wish me luck, eh? Speaking of The List, that's been bothering me a bit lately. It used to be I was just interested in getting laid, relationships often being the preferred vehicle for that sort of thing (since they also provide highly-valued treasures like Love, Caring and Companionship). Now I seem unnervingly interesting in not only having sex, but specifically having sex with as many different women as I can interest. I'm certain that the fact that a third of The List are exploits that have occured in 2004 has something to do with this. I joke with myself that my goal is to have at least one woman for every year I've been alive. At this point, I need nine more. It's recently occured to me that I haven't done any illegal drugs in a long time. Probably ought to remedy that at my earliest convenience, though if Randstadt sends me the money they owe me, I won't spend it on that....unless someone's got some E they can spare? Tomorrow's a screening of some movie that I hope doesn't suck too badly. Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
