When David was 2 months, I took a job as a style editor for a person writing a book about her family history. She had been researching for fourteen years, had written 500 pages, and my job was to make it sound better, make it shorter, and help her finish the whole project.

Unfortunately, even though I did edit all five hundred pages by the date I promised, my boss has found new projects and needs help for another few weeks. So, hang in.
