The good news is I'm sending poetry out, and I'm sending to good places. The good news is 6 out of the last 7 rejection letters have said "please, send again." This barely counts as rejection because it means my quality was good enough; the poems just weren't a good fit this time. (At one of the places, I already sent again, and this time they sent me the "go away and don't come back letter," so really, there are different levels of rejection.) But I would like to make that next hurdle. I would like an acceptance.
