That's what John asked me as we were getting ready for bed last night. We'd spent the day with a light fever, fatigue, body aches, and head-aches. We got the answer at 2:15 a.m. when David came pitter pattering into our room and into our bed. There he squirmed for the next half hour making me crazy. I had a lot more sympathy once I figured out he was sick and my thoughts got even more kindly when he and John went back to David's bed to sleep. Hurrah for big boy beds.

So, David spent the day home from school. John spent the day home from work. All of us dragged around, not insanely sick but without a whole lot of energy either.
