the kitchen table and the white sofa?

We thought David could play with minimal supervision, guess it was too minimal. Now, we have blue ink scrawled on both these surfaces. Any Heloises out there who can help?

At least he didn't break the lamp. We went to the school auction Saturday and won a gorgeous lamp with a handmade paper shade. The kids are under strict instruction not to ride their sports cars or fire engines around the side table or to throw balls in that general direction. So far, so good.
