David wakes up at 6:00 clock time which means 5:00 o'clock body time which means he really should go back to sleep, so I get in bed with him and we go back to sleep and suddenly it's 8:15 clock time, and we have to have everybody out the door in fifteen minutes. Some variation of this has been happening for the last three days. Today, David was trying to fall asleep in the stroller on the way to pick up Rose from school, but whenever he does that, he doesn't go to bed at night. It's like a forty-five minute nap equals a two hour late bedtime, so I kept him awake and then he was a cranky melt down mess the rest of the afternoon. The half hour screaming temper tantrum about whether he was getting half a mint or a whole mint for dessert came courtesy of the time change.
