That's what David announced this morning, and we are thrilled to hear it. He woke at 6:00 wanting a drink of water, and we though, oh no, way too early to start the day. Then he went back to sleep and Rose woke us at 7:45, kind of on the late side to get everyone out of the house on schedule but super that David kept sleeping.

I did keep him out of school, so he hung out on Mommom's bed watching videos while Mom, Julia, and I set the table for Passover. This was my first year actually getting to help. I'm in the club! We let David help set the kids' table, and he loved learning which side to put the fork on and how to place the knife. Over lunch he asked where his milk cup should go. Where was Emily Post when I needed her?

He didn't eat much today, but he stayed completely cheerful. And, he and I weeded the entire vegetable bed. I'm feeling incredibly stressed that the weather has finally turned nice, and we don't have our seeds in. I don't know why I feel so strongly about planting a vegetable garden since I have no intention of weeding, watering, or picking, but dang it, the land is there, and it is not going to lie fallow.
