If you don't count the Sunday School teacher, who really should be counted since she is covering one kid for several hours, that would be eight. Yes, eight grown-ups, one trip to the hamburger joint, one take out pizza, an hour or so of t.v., and two separate trick or treating adventures to keep two kids fed, clothed, amused, and comforted for 48 hours.

It sounds like it went very well. I am very very grateful to my clan for covering for us.

We danced our little socks off. Friday night, we learned a swing blues variation. On Saturday, I took lindy hop while John did tango. Then we both did a shim sham variation and a musicality class with a live band. On Sunday, we did blues. All three days had dances to try it all out and play. There were too many follows, but luckily, my leading is gotten good enough that I never had to sit out. The whole week-end was both very energizing and relaxing.
