Wonderful, fabulous, fantastic. I would highly recommend it. Really, it was fun for the whole family. Do I sound like a Disney ad? Wait for it. . .it was magical.

We went on a three day cruise to the Bahamas out of Orlando. By we I mean my family, my sister's family, and my mom. This was all in honor of my mother's birthday.

The weather was delightful--warm enough to sit on deck and sip rum drinks or to play in the water, but not sweltering.

The ship was fantastic--three pools, live shows, food galore.

The kids were fine. This is not to say they were great, but fine is a big step up from insanely difficult which they usually are on trips. When Dan had all four kids in the pool with him or Rose went to the play room and John took David to check out the shuffle board, I was actually able to relax.
