Yup. That's what Rose said this morning. I am very very pleased. It actually took me until 10:30 to get the bulk of the kids to sleep and 11:00 for the diehards. (Rose being one of them.) But most parents talk of 2 and 3 a.m., so I consider myself successful.

They may have woken at 6ish, but they didn't wake me until 7:00. Another triumph. We had pancakes from the new Star Wars molds. Yes, you too can have Yoda for breakfast. Then more facepaints, movie, and playing the new game, something to do with pigs. As Rose pointed out to me, she managed not to be bad. The last two times she had overnight guests she was petulant, unsharing, obnoxious, and just yucky the next morning. So, even though she was pretty darn tired, she was still a good host.

My mom and I were talking this afternoon and she commented how much fun it is to be around these kids because they are just so full of joy. They scream and giggle and bounce off the walls, and they are a delight.
