I'm feeling terribly sorry for myself because I have a cold. I've been sick for over a week. My energy is slowly returning but I still feel like I'm in a bit of a haze. Of course, I spread my germs to the rest of the family. Luckily, John only had one down day. David seems a bit lower energy but otherwise ok. Rose's main symptom seems to be trouble getting to sleep. Which means at 10:00 when I am on my way to bed and assume myself to be done with kid duty, she calls plaintively from her room, and I have to go lie down with her for 10 minutes.
